Key Responsibilities

- Financial Reporting:

- Deliver accurate and timely consolidated financial reports to management and stakeholders.

- Prepare statutory financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, bankers, company secretary, and other financial stakeholders.

- Group Consolidation:

- Review subsidiaries' accounts and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidations of financial statements.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) during consolidation.

- Analysis & Business Partnering:

- Analyze financial results to identify trends and variances, and recommend improvements.

- Collaborate with teams to enhance reporting processes and data quality.

- Partner with business teams to explain variances and assist in forecasting and budgeting.

Requirements

- Strong experience in financial reporting, group consolidation, and analysis.

- Proficiency in accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
