We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project and System Coordination Manager to lead and support the end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives. This role involves managing projects from initiation to post-implementation support, with a strong focus on digital transformation, low-code automation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle of IT projects, including planning, coordination, requirements gathering, testing, training, implementation, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into functional system specifications.
• Design and implement digital solutions using low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, iPath, or Outsystems to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Document and refine business process workflows, design specifications, technical documentation, and user guides.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution and integration.
• Facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, case development, execution, and issue resolution.
• Conduct training sessions and provide user support to encourage system adoption and maximize usage.
• Support change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition to new tools or processes.
• Monitor system performance post-implementation and serve as the first-level support for operational issues.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to existing systems and workflows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline. Candidates with a Diploma and strong relevant experience may also be considered.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project coordination/management, systems implementation, or process automation.
• Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code development platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, iPath, or Outsystems is highly preferred.
