Key Responsibilities
Requirements
- Manage daily settlement and reconciliation processes for both fiat and digital asset (stablecoin) transactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments, remittances, and wallet fund transfers across various partners, blockchains, and banking networks.
- Monitor multi-currency cash flow positions and execute liquidity management across Web2 banking partners and Web3 custodial/non-custodial wallets.
- Work closely with product, operations, and compliance teams to support merchant onboarding, transaction monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Liaise with banks, payment providers, blockchain custodians, and other financial institutions to ensure smooth fund settlement and alignment with regulatory frameworks.
- Investigate and resolve settlement discrepancies, failed transactions, or fraud-related issues promptly.
- Prepare regular treasury and settlement reports for management and key internal stakeholders.
- Assist in month-end closing processes and audit-related requirements.
- Identify and recommend process improvements or automation opportunities in treasury and settlement workflows.
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in treasury operations, payment settlement, or fund management.
- Prior experience in fintech, blockchain, crypto payments, or e-commerce companies is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with blockchain transactions, wallet operations, stablecoins, and digital asset payments is a major advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-border and tech-driven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage internal teams and external stakeholders.
