My client is a well established education centre in Singapore. As part of their expansion plans, they are currently looking for a Sales Advisor to be part of the organisation. In this role, you'll guide families through their learning programs, handle enrollments, and help them to grow their student base.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively follow up on leads, invite families for trial classes, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Encourage re-enrollments by keeping families informed and engaged.
• Greet and support students and parents in a friendly, professional manner.
• Respond to questions, address concerns, and gather feedback to improve their experience.
• Manage class schedules, track attendance and progress, and handle key admin tasks like invoicing and record-keeping.
• Help ensure the centre runs smoothly day to day.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in sales with a proven ability to close and exceed targets
• Confident, warm communicator who enjoys working with people
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple tasks
• Familiarity with the education industry is a plus
• Good command of English and mandarin
