Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the consolidated function of the group, including preparation of group consolidation, perform consolidated adjustment entries. etc
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of the group's consolidated financial statement and statutory financial reports.
• Responsible in reviewing of accounting, month-end closing and reporting
• Responsible in preparing monthly group management reports and financial analysis
• Responsible in reviewing of text, computation and GST filing
• Responsible in annual budgeting process and liaising with the business units on the variance analysis of revenue and expenditure
• Assist In any other finance and accounting, related functions and reporting requirements
• Liaise with external auditors and professional advisers on related matters
• Responsible in liaising with auditors, tax agents, company, secretary, etc
• Assist any other ad-hoc duties, which may be assign from time to time

Requirements:

• Minimum degree in accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 6 to 10 years of accounting and financial reporting experience. With audit experience
• Experience in group consolidation and financial reporting
• Knowledge of local tax / statutory requirements
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational skills
• Meticulous and ability to work under pressure to meet tight schedules
• Demonstrated track record in building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at various levels
