The candidate for this role is accountable for Sales/Revenue growth and to maintain strong relationships with the clients (including CXO level relationships), increase share of wallet in the account and improve penetration. Ideal candidate should have strong experience selling into Telco's across IT and Network business segment. He/She should has experience articulating and positioning OSS/BSS, 5G, IOT and Telco Applications for Telco's in ASEAN region.

Role and Responsibilites
- Develop Account Plan to map diverse set of customer stakeholders and proactive sell services.
- Develop and Strengthen relationships with decision makers and influencers in the customer organization and drive penetration of HCL services across CIO, CTO, CISO, Digital and Business owners.
- Lead complex sales cycle from proposal development, negotiation and commercial terms till closure for deals.
- Partner with Telco OEM, ISV and ecosystem partners, work with HCL COE and Practice leads to generate proactive proposals to the customer.
- Monitor market dynamics, customer business dynamics and align the account strategy for the same.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
- Min 10 years of relevant experience.

- Strong Relationship management / Account management is preferred.
- Identify opportunities of growth in the existing account and lead account strategy and planning.
- Ability to work in Matrixed organization -across Delivery, Presales, Solution COE, Legal and Finance to finalize HCL offers to customer.
- Ability to understand customer pain points and articulate customer asks to HCL stakeholders.

- Sell to various stakeholders across line of business, operations.
Competency
