Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and selection, staff onboarding, compensation and benefits, training and development, HR audit, and performance appraisal, with a strong focus on talent management.
  • Design and lead the execution of effective recruitment strategies and HR initiatives, workforce planning, and organizational development to attract, retain, and develop key talents.
  • Drive talent management initiatives by identifying high-potential employees, supporting career development planning, and implementing succession planning frameworks.
  • Prepare key reports for Beijing HQ, including the annual human capital review and performance appraisal reports.
  • Liaise effectively with Beijing HQ; manage incoming correspondences, including distribution, follow-up, and responses.
  • Assist the Department Head in developing the HR management system framework and coordinate with all Functional Departments to standardize company rules and regulations.
  • Collect and analyze HR data in accordance with the company's employee appraisal policies for Management, Subsidiaries, and Functional Departments.
  • Ensure compliance with Group regulations, employment laws, MOM regulations, and construction industry standards.
  • Promote a positive work culture aligned with organizational values and reinforce employer branding through talent-focused strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Psychology, Economics, or a related field.
  • Good command of both English and Chinese, with excellent proficiency in written Chinese (In order to liaise with the Chinese speaking associates and prepare reports in Chinese).
  • Relevant work experience in China-based MNCs, preferably within business administration, corporate planning, or other related departments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to multitask, and demonstrate resourcefulness and creativity.
