Principal Accountabilities
- Overall responsibility of Integrated Facilities Service delivery at site
- Manage all soft & hard services and facilities management services, including events support and food & beverage services
- Delivery of services in accordance with the service agreement and service levels
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for facilities operation
- Establish Facility Service Management procedures for soft services and roll out to site staff, mainly Cleaning, Tea Ladies, Mailroom, Landscape, Pest Control, Security Services, Food & Beverage Services, Events & M&E
- Monitor procedures to ensure client's expectations are conveyed and worked upon
- Ensure compliance with all local statutory regulations
- Primary responsibility for OPEX budget, tracking and reporting planning and provide administrative support to the team
- Manage vendor procurement processes in accordance with agreed client procurement guidelines as well as Jones Lang LaSalle procurement best practices
- Manage all contract vendors to carry out technical audits/ maintenance, monitor expiry of contracts and initiate re-procurement for all services
- Assess contracts to ensure best value delivered to the Client
- Initiate a system to measure quality of performance on a quarterly basis
- Implement and manage safety procedures to ensure the provision of a safe environment
- Participate in emergency response exercises as per client's requirement
- Achieve KPI and SLA targets
Person Specification
- Diploma or Degree Facilities Management/Build in Environment/Hotel Management/Hospitality/Building/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or any other related discipline
- Minimum 5 years practical experience in facilities management, vendor management and client reporting
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills
- Strong budget management and financial analysis skills
- Possess operation ability to think laterally and deliver innovative solutions
- Strong leadership, people and communication skills
- Good command in spoken and written English
- Good MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint & others
