About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Client Engagement Executive to join our dynamic team at StashAway. This is an excellent entry-level role for individuals early in their career journey, who are eager to explore the investment and fintech space and passionate about delivering outstanding client service.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be instrumental in creating a positive and supportive experience, guiding clients throughout their investment journey with us. This role goes beyond reactive support - you'll be proactively engaging clients, helping them understand our portfolios, navigate the platform, and resolve queries.

If you're aspiring to become a future wealth advisor or pursue a client-focused business development career, this role provides direct exposure to building client relationships and working cross-functionally within the Singapore business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Support: Respond to client queries via email, phone, and WhatsApp, offering timely and empathetic assistance while escalating complex issues where needed.
  • Onboarding & Journey Guidance: Support clients through onboarding and continuously engage them to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Product & Platform Knowledge: Acquire deep understanding of StashAway's investment strategies and communicate them clearly to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service and operational efficiency.
  • Client Experience Initiatives: Help deliver client campaigns, webinars, and events, ensuring seamless execution and post-event follow-up.
  • Process Improvement: Identify pain points in the client journey and contribute to process enhancements.
  • Client Advocacy: Represent the voice of the client internally and provide insights to improve offerings.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Entry-level role: Suitable for individuals beginning their career in the investment or fintech space
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a required as this role involves engaging with Mandarin-speaking clients in Singapore. This requirement is essential for job-related communication needs and is not a company preference.
  • Strong interest in personal finance, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Positive, client-first attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile.
