- Provide financial solutions for clients through an understanding of their financial requirements
- Provide clear and coherent explanation of loan contract terms, products and details to clients
- Timely follow up and update loan application status to the clients
- Perform corporate and personal loan disbursement
- Follow up on loan repayment and collection with customer
- Conduct eligibility checks on applicant's application
- Schedule appointments with clients to facilitate payment
- Make follow-up calls with customers for better business opportunities
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
