Primary Purpose and Scope
This is an individual contributor hunter role responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities and driving revenue growth for ISS Data. You will focus on building a robust sales pipeline, engaging new clients, and expanding relationships with existing accounts. Key Result Areas and Accountabilities
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of ISS Data's SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud offerings and effectively communicate their value to prospective clients.
- Drive new business growth and consistently exceed sales targets.
- Plan and execute lead generation strategies to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that enhance brand visibility and effectively communicate ISS Data's value proposition.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across diverse industry sectors.
- Conduct consultative meetings to understand customer challenges and propose tailored, value-driven solutions.
- Prepare customised proposals, deliver impactful presentations, and manage end-to-end sales cycles.
- Collaborate with consultants and internal stakeholders to scope, price, and deliver viable solutions.
- Support negotiations and ensure timely finalisation of proposals, contracts, and statements of work.
- Grow existing accounts through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Ensure timely customer sign-off and payment according to agreed terms.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular pipeline updates.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers and business partners.
- Stay abreast of competitor activity, market developments, and industry trends.
- Contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives.
- Represent ISS Data professionally at client meetings, industry events, and marketing activities including delivering presentations and contributing to content.
- Contribute to strategic planning and broader business development efforts to support ISS Data's long-term growth.

Requirements
Must have:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- At least 5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years specifically in enterprise solution sales in Singapore, preferably involving ERP within a professional services or consulting environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive with proven track record of closing enterprise segment sales with solution selling and value selling techniques.
- Strong virtual and in-person presentation skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident with a good command of English. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
Nice to have:
- Exposure to and/or hands-on experience with SAP cloud solutions such as S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Business ByDesign, or other ERP and third-party cloud platforms.
- Understanding of discreet or process manufacturing, distribution, utilities, energy, healthcare and heavy industries.
- Understanding of IoT, Machine Learning, Business AI, Analytics and RPA.
- Useful if possess own transport but not essential.
