Responsibilities:

• Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of support

• Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone.

• Listen, probe and question in order to clarify and understand customer needs

• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

• N Level and above

• Proficient in relevant computer applications (Microsoft Applications)

• Able to multitask

• Able to work 12-hour night shift (9pm to 9am, 2-days-work-2-days-off on rotational basis)

• Able to work independently

Additional Information:

• Starting basic salary range of $1,700 to $1800

• 15 to 16 working days a month, depending on roster

• Training will be provided in office hours (9am to 6pm) for the first week

• Night-shift allowance of $10 per rostered night worked

• 12 weeks probation

• Incentives are applicable upon confirmation (more details during the interview)

• Recruitment is subject to background check and clearance
