Job Responsibilities
Requirements
- Consistently exceed annual sales targets through disciplined pipeline management and strategic account oversight.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to grow business across key sectors, including airlines, airports, corporates, and OTAs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored, value-driven solutions.
- Develop and manage relationships with OTAs and IBE platforms to maximize visibility and bookings. Optimize content listings (photos, descriptions, promotions) on these channels to ensure accuracy and appeal.
- Analyze and track partners' performance, and hunt for new key clients to identify business potentials and opportunities, ensuring regular maintenance of client account information.
- Work closely with the revenue management team to set competitive pricing strategies and manage inventory across all online and direct booking channels.
- Continuously analyze performance and ROI, making strategic adjustments to achieve revenue targets while managing the local sales budget effectively.
- Deliver impactful proposals and presentations that communicate the company's value proposition, ensuring alignment with client needs through cross-departmental collaboration.
- Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to proactively refine sales strategies, maintaining a strong market position and driving profitability
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share through digital channels, including OTAs, IBEs, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with internal departments-including operations, IT, legal, finance, and marketing-to accurately communicate and fulfill client needs
- Represent the company at key industry events while ensuring full compliance with established sales procedures and standards.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Hospitality Management with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales discipline.
- Proven experience in hotel sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Solid understanding of the hospitality industry with a strong professional network; experience in aviation or with OTAs is a plus.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- Strong decision-making ability, with the capacity to multitask and perform well under pressure.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
- A collaborative team player, able to work seamlessly across various business functions.
- Willingness to travel as required.
