Location: Bukit Batok Cresent

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm), office based

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Development: Support the Site Manager in manpower planning, organize, lead, motivate, mentor, and develop a professional team of Service Operations engineers.
• Operational Oversight: Manage all service activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and productive daily operations.
• Customer Engagement: Communicate effectively with customers, respond to complaints, and take appropriate action to ensure positive customer experiences and satisfaction.
• Technical Service & Maintenance: Perform and instruct on abatement system (scrubber) PM service, including activated charcoal and catalyst replacement on site. Provide corrective maintenance (CM) and troubleshooting. Conduct equipment installation, on-site refurbishment, and retrofit tasks.
• Technical Competency & Compliance: Develop high technical competency within the team on company equipment servicing and troubleshooting. Monitor field service works to ensure compliance with company and customer site policies & procedures.
• Reporting: Report all issues related to customer claims. Prepare daily and monthly reports for the Site Manager and provide service reports for assigned tasks.
• Safety: Ensure and comply with all healthy and safe work procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum Higher Nitec or Diploma in Engineering.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in maintaining machine operations.
• Fluent in written and spoken English. Responsible, independent, and possess excellent customer service skills.
• General knowledge of basic unit systems, mechanical systems, and chemical terminology. Knowledge of machinery codes, standards, and rules is preferred.

Remuneration & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: SGD 2,500 - 3,200
• Allowances: Transport (SGD 150), Attendance (SGD 200), Phone (SGD 25), Position (SGD 150), Standby (SGD 250 after 3 months confirmation).
• Additional Benefits: AWS (1-month basic), Variable bonuses, Quarterly Sales Part Incentive (after 6 months confirmation), Yearly Medical Encashment, Yearly Increment.
