Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior operations in daily tasks and cross-department coordination.
• Assist in developing and maintaining internal policies, SOPs, and compliance manuals.
• Review KYC and due diligence for clients to ensure compliance.
• Perform compliance monitoring, regulatory checks, and draft control documents.
• Coordinate internal audits and track regulatory changes.
• Perform ad hoc operations support as necessary.

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in a relevant field; fresh graduates with strong potential welcome.
• Experience in compliance, audit, or risk management is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills and business understanding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently or in a team.
