Enterprise Architect - Security

Preferred / Good to Have:
- Define and drive the company's security architecture strategy and roadmap, aligning with evolving business and compliance needs.
- Analyze the existing security infrastructure and recommend improvements in network, cloud, and endpoint security.
- Develop architectural frameworks and models that guide the secure design and implementation of enterprise solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define security requirements and align solutions with business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership and governance to delivery teams on security architecture and implementation best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend new security tools, technologies, and services to enhance the organization's threat defense posture.
- Lead the adoption of modern security practices and influence secure technology adoption across business units.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, governance, and regulatory frameworks, including data classification and industry standards.
- Partner with IT, cloud, and network teams to implement and maintain secure systems, applications, and infrastructure.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in designing and leading complex security architecture projects.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
- Proven experience with a broad range of security domains:
Network Security (WAN/LAN), Cloud Security, ICT Governance
Security strategy design and solutioning across enterprise systems - Familiarity with common frameworks and tools like:
Firewalls (Palo Alto, Check Point, Cisco)
SIEM, PAM, EDR, DLP, DAM, and Data Encryption solutions
Security in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, high-stakes environments.
Preferred / Good to Have:
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CCIE Security, Palo Alto, F5, Carbon Black
- Experience with security product suites such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Check Point, Carbon Black, SIEM tools
- Knowledge of government security requirements, including IM8, GCC (Government Commercial Cloud), or Confidential Cloud
- Cloud security certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Security, Azure Security Engineer Associate)
