Senior Sales Coordinator | Up to $4k | 5 Days | Woodlands

Working Days: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm
Working Location: Woodlands Link [Nearest: Admiralty MRT]
Salary: $3000 - $4000

Reporting to Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage OTC process for export business
• Take lead in the sales support division within International Commercial Dept
• Work closely with the Operations team to keep track of production status and shipment schedule etc.
• Uphold SOP process and standards by tracking forecast and actual sales data, analyse gap and prepare a report when required.
• Support the International Commercial team in administrative matters, tracking & reporting budget and expenses.
• Other adhoc work assigned by the immediate HOD

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma or Degree in Data Science and Business Analytics
• Min. 3 to 4years of OTC Sales Support experience in manufacturing industry.
• Experienced with export operations, process and documentation
• Experienced and operational in Order to Cash (OTC) process
• Experienced in preparing data sets for management reporting and internal control
• Strong & well verse in Ms Excel - pivot table and V-Loop up
