We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Program Manager to lead and manage our channel partner ecosystem for Vasion's suite of solutions. This role focuses on fostering robust partnerships, driving partner enablement, executing impactful events, and ensuring program success to maximize market growth and revenue potential.

Job Descriptions;

Key Responsibilities:

\t• \tChannel Partner Strategy:

\t• \tDevelop and execute comprehensive channel partner strategies to promote Vasion solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.

\t• \tIdentify and onboard new channel partners, fostering strong relationships and aligning their capabilities with Vasion's offerings.

\t• \tProgram Management:

\t• \tDesign, implement, and oversee partner programs, including incentive structures, training schedules, and co-marketing initiatives.

\t• \tMonitor program performance, gather insights, and refine strategies to optimize partner engagement and success.

\t• \tEvent Planning & Execution:

\t• \tPlan, organize, and execute partner-centric events such as product launches, training workshops, networking sessions, and co-branded marketing campaigns.

\t• \tCoordinate logistics, content, and promotional activities to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact of events.

\t• \tWork with marketing and external vendors to design event materials, ensuring brand consistency and clear messaging.

\t• \tPartner Enablement:

\t• \tEquip partners with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively promote and implement Vasion solutions.

\t• \tConduct regular workshops, webinars, and product demonstrations to enhance partner knowledge and capabilities.

\t• \tCollaboration with Sales & Pre-Sales Teams:

\t• \tWork closely with internal sales and pre-sales teams to ensure seamless integration of partner efforts with overall sales objectives.

\t• \tProvide partners with sales support, including technical expertise, proposal assistance, and joint client meetings.

\t• \tPerformance Monitoring & Reporting:

\t• \tEstablish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partner success, including sales growth, solution adoption, and client satisfaction.

\t• \tDeliver regular reports to leadership on channel performance, market trends, and recommendations for improvement.

\t• \tRelationship Management:

\t• \tBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners, serving as their primary point of contact for all program-related matters.

\t• \tResolve conflicts and address challenges to maintain a positive and productive partner ecosystem.

\t• \tMarket Insights:

\t• \tGather and analyze market intelligence to identify opportunities and threats within the channel landscape.

\t• \tProvide feedback to Vasion and internal teams on competitive trends, partner needs, and emerging market demands.

Qualifications:

\t• \tEducational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

\t• \tExperience:

\t• \tMinimum of 5 years in channel partner management, program management, or a similar role within the SaaS, IT solutions, or digital transformation industry.

\t• \tProven experience in planning and executing large-scale partner events.

\t• \tTechnical Proficiency:

Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, digital workflow tools, and automation platforms is a plus.

\t• \tCommunication & Negotiation Skills:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust with diverse stakeholders.

\t• \tCertifications:

Channel management, event planning, or program management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or APMP) are advantageous.
