We are seeking a passionate and experienced Welding Trainer to deliver Workforce Training Scheme (WTS) courses in Singapore. The trainer will be responsible for providing practical and theoretical training to adult learners in line with WTS curriculum requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver welding training programs as per WTS standards.
• Instruct trainees on various welding techniques, safety protocols, and equipment handling.
• Prepare training materials, assessments, and evaluation tools.
• Conduct hands-on practical sessions and supervise assessments.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory training standards.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and course reports.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP).
• Relevant professional certification in welding (e.g., AWS, CSWIP, or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in welding (arc, MIG, TIG, etc.).
• At least 1 year of experience in training or coaching adults is preferred.
• Familiarity with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards and practices.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to deliver both theoretical and practical lessons effectively.

Additional Information:

• Prior experience delivering WTS or WSQ courses will be an added advantage.
• Bilingual trainers (e.g., English and Mandarin/Malay/Tamil) are preferred for better engagement with diverse participants.
