As a Marketing Manager, Brand & PR, you will elevate our brand identity and drive thought leadership through impactful events.

This role will play a critical part in shaping our brand architecture, enhancing brand awareness, and positioning the EPOS as a leading POS digital solution provider.

You will develop Growth initiatives, including integrated co-marketing branding campaigns and corporate promotions to drive merchant acquisition and maximize revenue growth.

This is what your job scope will be...

Brand Architecture
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's vision, values, and business goals.
  • Define and establish a brand architecture that unifies all products, services, and sub-brands under a clear, cohesive identity.

Branding & PR Communications
  • Drive initiatives to increase brand awareness and brand equity, including content marketing, digital campaigns, and public relations.
  • Strong ability to advocate for optimal resources/investment to drive robust long-term brand revenue and profitability
  • Develop innovative, creative, and targeted messaging and tactics to showcase EPOS branding
  • Build ground-up, PR-driven campaigns that increase brand awareness through various media channels
  • Plan and execute brand campaigns to communicate our offering and value proposition

KPI and Reporting
  • Generating reports on all branding & PR activities to keep the sales team & management aware of the performance / KPIs (i.e, leads conversion to demonstration to merchants)
  • Analyze data to identify key insights and recommend actionable improvements to enhance branding campaign effectiveness

Stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales) to ensure the brand message resonates across merchants' touchpoints.
  • Working closely with external marketing partners


We would love to hear from you if...
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • You have previous work experience (Ideally 6 years) experience in brand & PR Communications (in a media agency or in-house), with a focus on driving business results
  • You have a proven track record of developing brand architecture and building brand awareness in both online and offline channels
  • You are strong in project management skills with experience executing events and workshops
  • You have a strong results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs and business objectives
  • You are a strong team player and have strong stakeholder management skills
  • You're driven, self-motivated, independent, and committed to success.
  • You're open-minded, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset - you must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done
