We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Pre-Sales Engineer cum Consultant to champion Vasion's innovative solutions, drive digital transformation for our clients, and support tender processes alongside partner engagements. This role bridges technical expertise with strategic collaboration, ensuring successful outcomes for clients, partners, and sales initiatives.

Job Description;

Key Responsibilities:

\t• \tSolution Consultation:

Engage with clients to understand their unique requirements and articulate how Vasion's suite-comprising Vasion Automate, Vasion Output, and Vasion Print-can address their challenges.

\t• \tDemonstrations & Workshops:

Conduct compelling product demonstrations and workshops, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of Vasion's solutions.

\t• \tTender Participation:

\t• \tCollaborate with sales teams, partners, and legal teams to prepare comprehensive tender responses, including technical specifications, compliance documentation, and pricing proposals.

\t• \tAnalyze tender requirements, identify potential risks, and ensure alignment with Vasion's solution capabilities.

\t• \tParticipate in tender clarification meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure favorable outcomes.

\t• \tSales & Partner Collaboration:

\t• \tWork closely with sales teams and partners to co-develop strategies, ensuring alignment in solution offerings and go-to-market initiatives.

\t• \tServe as a trusted technical advisor to partners, equipping them with training, solution insights, and ongoing technical support.

\t• \tAssist sales teams and partners in identifying opportunities, creating value propositions, and driving client engagement.

\t• \tProposal Development:

Collaborate with sales teams and partners to develop tailored proposals, including detailed technical roadmaps and implementation plans.

\t• \tTechnical Expertise:

Stay updated on Vasion product innovations, competitor trends, and industry advancements to maintain a competitive edge.

\t• \tStakeholder Engagement:

Work with internal teams, clients, and partners to ensure seamless solution delivery and alignment with business goals.

\t• \tFeedback Loop:

Gather feedback from clients and partners to inform continuous improvement of Vasion's offerings and implementation practices.

Qualifications:

\t• \tEducational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

\t• \tExperience:

\t• \tMinimum of 5 years in a pre-sales, technical consulting, or tender management role, preferably within the SaaS or digital transformation domain.

\t• \tExperience supporting partners and collaborating with sales teams is highly desirable.

\t• \tTechnical Proficiency:

Familiarity with cloud-native platforms, serverless architectures, automation tools, and enterprise document management systems.

\t• \tCommunication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights for diverse audiences.

\t• \tCertifications:

Relevant certifications in cloud technologies, automation platforms, or tender management (e.g., APMP) are advantageous.
