Post Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Post-Sales Engineer to manage and support the implementation, customization, and optimization of Vasion solutions for our clients. With a strong emphasis on cloud expertise, particularly AWS, this role ensures seamless solution deployment and exceptional client satisfaction post-sale.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
\t• \tSolution Deployment:
\t• \tLead the implementation and deployment of Vasion solutions, including Vasion Automate, Vasion Output, and Vasion Print, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
\t• \tConfigure and integrate solutions within client environments, leveraging AWS cloud services as needed.
\t• \tCloud Expertise:
\t• \tUtilize AWS tools and services for solution deployment, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
\t• \tAdvise clients on cloud adoption strategies and assist in migrating workflows to cloud-native platforms where applicable.
\t• \tTechnical Support:
\t• \tProvide advanced post-sales technical support to clients, addressing issues related to solution performance, configuration, and integration.
\t• \tCollaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.
\t• \tCustomization & Optimization:
\t• \tCustomize Vasion solutions to meet unique client needs, including API integrations and workflow automation.
\t• \tMonitor solution performance and recommend optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
\t• \tClient Training:
\t• \tConduct comprehensive training sessions for clients, ensuring they are well-equipped to use Vasion solutions effectively.
\t• \tDevelop training materials, including guides, tutorials, and FAQs, tailored to client needs.
\t• \tDocumentation:
\t• \tCreate and maintain detailed implementation plans, technical documentation, and reports to ensure transparency and traceability in solution deployment.
\t• \tDocument technical issues, resolutions, and client feedback to improve future implementations.
\t• \tStakeholder Collaboration:
\t• \tWork closely with sales, pre-sales, and partner teams to ensure a smooth handover from the sales process to implementation.
\t• \tAct as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and advocating for their success.
\t• \tContinuous Learning:
\t• \tStay up-to-date with Vasion product developments, AWS innovations, and industry trends to ensure cutting-edge solutions for clients.
Qualifications:
\t• \tEducational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
\t• \tExperience:
\t• \tMinimum of 5 years in post-sales engineering, cloud engineering, or technical implementation roles within the SaaS or IT solutions industry.
\t• \tProven experience deploying and managing solutions in AWS environments.
\t• \tCertifications:
\t• \tAWS certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional), AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or AWS Certified Advanced Networking.
\t• \tAdditional certifications in workflow automation or enterprise solutions (e.g., ITIL, Vasion, or equivalent) are advantageous.
\t• \tTechnical Proficiency:
\t• \tExpertise in cloud infrastructure, network configuration, and data security.
\t• \tProficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and APIs for integration and automation.
