• This position is for Singaporeans/PRs only and reports to the Manager, in addition to coordinating with the logistics staff and ad-hoc E-commerce related matters

• Retrieving and printing online orders from computer system

• Pick and pack online / store orders

. Edit and upload new product listings for online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok Shop)

• Receive and unpack returned /rejected orders to shelves or dispose of it

• Receive and stock take new incoming stock and existing stock

. Issue Invoices/Delivery Orders/Quotations

. Answer company phone

. Filing documents

. Verification of goods with driver

• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager

• 5 day work week

• Monday to Friday: 830am to 530pm
