Responsibilities:

• \tLeads new product design, development activities of connectors, wire harness and electronic packages.

• \tResponsible for managing pre-engineering, product design development of new products.

• \tPerforms value analysis, value engineering and troubleshooting.

• \tManage a team of Product Design engineers and responsible for products' lifecycle.

• \tGuide team in performing data analysis, yield enhancement, product cost reduction and device reliability improvement.

• \tDevelop market-specific connector products and optimizing product designs and yields.

• \tInitiate and implement improvement processes to improve efficiency and sustainability in productions.

• \tCommunicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, and building relationships with suppliers and customers.

• \tEnsure processes meet quality standards and safety compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• \tDegree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering and or other related certifications.

• \tPossess relevant connectors industry knowledge and expertise

• \tAt least 8 years of experience involved with product engineering (design and development)

• \tExperienced in leading a team

Working hours:

Mon to Fri: 8:15am to 5:30pm
