- Handle incoming and outgoing of computer spare parts daily which include updating of information to system and sorting of parts.
- Managing inventory control, including receiving, inspecting, and storing goods
- Check condition of part and add warranty sticker.
- Inspection of return parts, photo taking and Bookkeeping
- Seek approval for Customer Induce Damaged parts.
- Incharge of Parts Aging, ensuring parts are returned by engineer timely.
- Liaise with logistic partner for parts return collection.
- Monitor buffer parts request from admin/engineer team.
- Tracking of loaner units.
- Participate in stock take exercise from time to time.
- Prepare weekly reports.
- Assist with delivery of goods occasionally.
Job Requirements
- Nitec holder
- Welcome entry level - Training Provided
- Basic knowlegde in MS Office (excel, outlook, etc)
- Physically fit as require to carry parts from time to time
- 5 days work (Monday to Friday)
- Rotating work hours (7.30am to 5pm / 8.30am to 6pm)
- Work location at Henderson (Tiong Bahru / Bukit Merah area)
- Salary $2300 - $2600
- Start work Immediately or within short notice
