Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or surpass targets for commercial vehicle offerings
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to reach both individual and collective objectives
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with fleet buyers, logistics firms, and corporate clients to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new market segments and business opportunities, securing contracts with key commercial customers
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and stay informed on industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitor offerings
- Oversee pricing, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts to balance competitiveness with profitability
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-such as logistics, finance, and operations-to ensure seamless contract execution and vehicle delivery
- Monitor sales performance metrics and manage payment issues
Job Requirements:
- Experienced in managing sales team in automotive trade
- Diploma or Degree holder in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Class 3 Licensed
