Job Scope:

• Assist store management in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional customer service.
• Monitor stock levels, support inventory management, and assist with product replenishment to maintain optimal stock availability.
• Engage with customers to deliver personalized service, respond to inquiries, and promote products and services to drive sales.
• Collaborate with store teams to develop leadership skills, assist in onboarding and training new staff, and uphold company policies and standards.
• Contribute to the design and arrangement of attractive product displays that align with the brand identity and highlight seasonal promotions.
• Analyze sales performance data, identify trends, and support the development of strategies to improve sales and customer experience.
