Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Oversee receiving, warehousing distribution, and maintenance operations to ensure efficient workflows.
- Lead, motivate and develop team members to meet productivity and quality targets
- Monitor workflow and allocate tasks to ensure operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, security and environment (HSSE) procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing training and support
- Perform stock checks and manage inventory accuracy
- Liaise with other departments on operation matters
- Identify areas for improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Handle any performance or conduct issues in collaboration with immediate Superior.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent (or relevant certification in logistics/operations management).
- Familiarity with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, or warehouse management systems).
- At least 2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, with 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Strict adherence to safety protocols, including the use of mechanical aids (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) where required.
- Forklift license (if applicable) - only if operation of MHE is part of core duties.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting operational deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with staff and other departments.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and documentation.
