Hair Salon Managers,

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of hair stylists and other salon staff
• Recruit, train, and develop staff members
• Ensure the salon's services meet client expectations and the salon's standards
• Resolve any issues or disputes between staff or with clients
• Manage the salon's finances, including budgeting, financial planning, and setting prices for services
• Establish and implement salon policies and procedures
• Order salon supplies and equipment and manage inventory
• Ensure that the salon adheres to health and safety regulations
• Monitor salon appearance and cleanliness
• Develop marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
• Process payments and handle customer complaints when necessary
• Plan and organize salon events and promotions

Requirements:

• Work experience as a Hair Salon Assistant Manager or Superviosor role in the beauty industry
• 8 years of prior experience in managing of Hair-salon and hairdressing skills
• Service-oriented with leadership ability and excellent interpersonal skills
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage shifts and appointments
• Able to commit to retail hours
