Our client is a leading Japanese real estate firm looking for an experienced Real Estate Manager (KEO certified, Japanese speaking) to lead their team. The ideal candidate will will focus on cultivating strong client relationships, identifying their needs, and delivering customized property solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement & Business Growth: Interact with current clients to expand business opportunities, drive sales, and acquire new clients.
• Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and inspire a team of real estate agents to meet sales goals and enhance professional growth.
• Property Viewings: Research, organize, and facilitate property tours for clients.
• Client Needs Assessment: Evaluate clients' requirements and financial situations to recommend appropriate property solutions.
• Tenant Assistance: Advise and help tenants find properties that align with their budget and preferences under favorable conditions.
• Viewing Coordination: Accompany clients during property inspections and departures.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong connections with agencies, potential clients, and tenants.
• Leasing & Marketing Support: Aid in leasing activities and property promotions.
• Tenant Move-in/Move-out Coordination: Manage unit handovers for new and departing tenants.
• Tenant Issue Resolution: Assist with tenant concerns such as maintenance problems, lost keys, and equipment failures.
• Vendor Liaison: Work with vendors to address and resolve tenant-related issues.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare leasing reports and maintain records (contracts, leases, termination documents, closing statements, etc.).
• Sales Promotion: Boost sales through advertising, open houses, and listing services as required.
• Compliance: Adhere to company policies and CEA regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Certified Key Executive Officer (KEO) - Must hold a valid KEO license under Singapore's CEA regulations.
• Flexible Scheduling - Willing to adjust working hours to accommodate client availability.
• Proficient in MS Office - Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, and other essential tools.
• Sales & Negotiation Expertise - Excellent communication, persuasion, and deal-closing skills.
• Customer-Centric Approach - Dedicated to providing exceptional service with a client-first mindset.
• Japanese Cultural - Comfortable navigating Japanese business etiquette and communication styles.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license will be advantage
• Strong proficiency in Japanese (Business-level) is required to support Japanese-speaking clients and facilitate communication with Japan headquarters.
