Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of building facilities (maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.)
• Plan and manage renovation and improvement projects
• Develop and control facilities budget, ensuring cost efficiency
• Manage service contracts and vendor performance
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Lead facilities team and supervise maintenance staff
• Coordinate space planning and office layout changes
• Monitor building systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
• Implement energy-saving and sustainability initiatives
• Prepare reports and updates for senior management
• Develop emergency and disaster recovery plans

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in facilities or building management is preferred
• Possess WSQ Advanced Certificate in Facilities Management (Level 2) or equivalent recognized qualificationn
