Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a sales team of 2-3 members, ensuring individual and team targets are achieved.
• Oversee the full sales cycle and manage client relationships to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Drive business development by identifying and securing new opportunities while maintaining and growing existing key accounts.
• Collaborate with in-house AV Designers and well-known brands to deliver tailored AV solutions.
• Negotiate pricing with vendors and manage manufacturer relationships to ensure competitive bids.
• Regularly prepare and present sales reports.
• Explore and secure partnerships to broaden solution offerings for existing clients.

Requirements

• Min. 2 years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record.
• Diploma in IT, Engineering, Audio Visual, or a related discipline (or with relevant experience).
• Familiarity with tender portals such as GeBiz and BCA.
• Background in AV, videoconferencing, or telephony solutions is an advantage.
• Proficient in Mandarin & English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Strong leadership qualities and interest in sales team management.
