Job Purpose:
Drive improvements in enterprise tools and technologies to support secure, scalable IT systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and define technology strategies focused on enterprise tools and platforms.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to capture needs and design solutions.
- Build scalable, secure architecture models aligned with industry best practices.
- Guide technical teams on implementing tools such as ServiceNow, ITSM, and CICD.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to modernize the enterprise tool stack.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
- 10+ years in tools architecture, delivery consulting, or enterprise architecture.
- Strong grasp of ITSM, ITOM, APM, CICD, and architecture frameworks.
- Hands-on knowledge of enterprise tools like ServiceNow, BMC, or Dynatrace.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills in dynamic environments.
