A Spanish-Korean fusion restaurant located in the vibrant Beach Road area is looking to hire a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guest Experience & Service Excellence

- ⁠Ensure all guests receive attentive, seamless and memorable service from arrival to departure.

- ⁠Champion our signature Banchan experience and communicate menu offerings with confidence and clarity.

- ⁠Proactively resolve guest concerns or service issues with professionalism and empathy.

- ⁠Lead by example in maintaining a warm, polished, and genuine approach to hospitality.

Team Management & Leadership

- Recruit, train and schedule FOH staff including servers and bar team.

- ⁠Conduct regular briefings and service walkthroughs; reinforce service standards and product knowledge.

- ⁠Provide ongoing coaching, feedback and performance reviews.

- ⁠Foster a respectful, energetic and collaborative team environment.

Operations & Floor Supervision

- Oversee daily FOH operations, including opening and closing procedures, floor plans and reservations.

- ⁠Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the restaurant.

- ⁠Monitor service flow and adapt floor management in real time to optimize guest satisfaction.

Administrative & Financial Tasks

- Maintain daily sales reports, operations processes and cash handling protocols.

- ⁠Manage FOH inventory (e.g. uniforms, menus, POS supplies) and liaise with vendors as needed.

- ⁠Work with BOH and management team to meet service KPIs and revenue goals.

Collaboration & Brand Stewardship

- Work closely with kitchen leadership to coordinate timing and ensure smooth service.

- ⁠Support implementation of new menus, seasonal promotions and special events.

- ⁠Act as a brand ambassador for Bancheria-upholding our identity, values and guest promise.



Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory FOH role, preferably in casual or modern dining environment.

- ⁠Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

- ⁠Detail-oriented with a high standard for service and cleanliness.

- ⁠Familiarity with POS systems, reservation software (e.g. Chope) and basic reporting tools.

- ⁠Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
