Job Summary

The Performing Artiste Manager is responsible for the coordination, supervision, and management of all performing artistes. This role ensures the smooth operation of entertainment schedules, artist welfare, performance quality, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Artist Scheduling & Coordination

• Plan and manage weekly performance rosters.
• Ensure punctual attendance and readiness of artistes for their assigned performance times.
• Coordinate with other departments (sound, lighting, security) for seamless show execution.

2. Artist Management & Welfare

• Serve as the primary liaison between artistes and management.
• Handle artiste onboarding, orientation, and lodging arrangements if applicable.
• Monitor artist conduct and professionalism; address grievances or disciplinary issues when needed.

3. Performance Oversight

• Supervise performances and provide feedback to ensure entertainment quality standards.
• Act as floor manager during live shows to resolve any immediate issues.
• Work with marketing teams to plan featured artiste nights or promotions.

4. Administrative Duties

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on artiste performance, attendance, and issues.
• Manage artiste payroll input or time-based incentives (if applicable).
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for artiste-related costs.
