Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with manufacturing plants to monitor and ensure smooth shipment movements and timely delivery of customer orders.
• Manage and follow up on cargo claims and customer complaints, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
• Conduct regular supply chain and logistics reporting for assigned facilities, providing insights into performance and efficiency.
• Support the creation of ad-hoc reports and assist with daily operations for designated regional facilities.
• Liaise with 4PL/3PL logistics providers to facilitate all import and export-related activities, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Prepare, verify, and manage logistics documentation, ensuring timely retention and retrieval for audits or reference.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a supply chain/logistics function within the petrochemicals or manufacturing sector.
• Solid understanding of shipping, logistics operations, warehousing, and supply chain strategy.
• Hands-on experience with SAP systems for logistics or materials management.
• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to draw insights from operational data for continuous improvement.
