Our client is a rapidly growing company in Real Estate development, investment. The Group holds diverse portfolio of assets across the global market and they are looking for a unique individual to join their growing business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the execution and monitoring of business, investment, and operational strategies in line with the venture's objectives.
• Prepare investment proposals, information memorandums, business plans, financial reports, and board materials.
• Coordinate and manage day-to-day operational matters of the venture(s), including documentation related to investments and divestments.
• Assist in the development and monitoring of asset management plans, including forecasts for net income, capex, valuations, and sales, with clear variance analysis and key assumptions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, legal obligations, tax laws, and contractual commitments associated with the venture(s).
• Facilitate communication and reporting with investors, including newsletters, financial updates, business reports, budgets, and board minutes.
• Maintain effective relationships and communication with key stakeholders, including customers, consultants, investors, and board members.
• Manage documentation and reporting requirements for board and management committees and investor communications.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, asset management, or fund management.
• Strong understanding of investment and asset management principles, preferably within the real estate sector.
• Proficient in financial modelling and cash flow analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

• Location: East
• Working days: 5 days
• Salary: Up to S$7,500 + AWS + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
