LEGAL CASE MANAGER

LAW SOCIETY OF SINGAPORE
We are looking for a suitably qualified candidate to support the work of the Law Society in the organization and management of court and other legal cases handled by the Law Society.
The specific duties include:
• Assist in managing and reviewing applications for admission as lawyers (non-practitioner) and advocates and solicitors as well as other applications/enquiries received by the Law Society from time to time (including through helplines);
• Compile, verify and maintain accurate up-to-date case information and statistics on cases, as well as preparing reports including providing analysis of the statistics where appropriate; and
• Review and streamline existing operational processes to improve quality of work and productivity.
Requirements
• Diploma in Law/ Legal Studies
• At least 5 years' working experience preferably in the litigation department of a Singapore law practice or in legal case management
• Proficient in the use of e-Litigation
• Highly competent in using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word and Sharepoint
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Proven track record in handling a high volume of court applications and synthesizing multiple sources of information with accuracy and diligence
• Strong language ability with demonstrated proficiency in writing and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task efficiently, whilst maintaining a high quality of work and attention to detail within tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, resourceful and good team player with strong administrative, filing and organisational skills
• Highly ethical, discreet and able to maintain confidentiality
