Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors to execute electrical works efficiently within project timelines.
• Resolve on-site issues and coordinate with internal teams, main contractors, and third parties to ensure smooth progress.
• Plan and implement weekly work schedules aligned with the master program.
• Monitor work progress, manpower productivity, material usage, and quality to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Enforce safety, health, and environmental compliance across the site.
• Prepare and manage submission of shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material BOQs.
• Coordinate Combined Services Drawings (CSD) with main contractors to resolve clashes pre-construction.
• Attend site coordination, toolbox, and safety meetings regularly.
• Implement Testing & Commissioning (T&C) plans effectively and ensure compliance.

Requirements :

• Diploma/ITC in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years' experience in electrical project management
• Completed Building Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS) course and other relevant WSH certifications.
• MEP design experience is an added advantage.
