Based at our flagship boutique in Raffles Hotel, this role is perfect for someone eager to learn the art of luxury sales, client service, and retail operations in a beautifully refined setting.

What You'll Learn & Do

• Greet and assist customers, creating a warm and welcoming in-store experience
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products with confidence
• Support sales efforts by upselling and sharing product stories
• Assist with online and walk-in enquiries, follow-ups and customer outreach
• Help manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels
• Maintain the boutique's visual presentation and day-to-day operations
• Support opening, closing and other boutique duties as needed
• Adminitrative duties

Who We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles
• A keen interest in luxury goods - fashion, jewellery, or timepieces preferred
• Good command of English and Mandarin to serve a diverse clientele
• A great communicator with a positive, professional attitude
• Responsible, reliable and eager to learn
• Confident working independently and taking initiative
