Job Scope:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the Credit & Collections team
• Develop and implement proactive strategies to reduce overdue accounts and bad debt
• Manage and monitor hire purchase (auto loan) accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Lead a team of credit controller to follow up with customers on overdue payments.
• Negotiate repayment plans and settlements with customers.
• Coordinate repossession of vehicles for severely overdue accounts.
• Work with legal and auction teams to recover outstanding amounts.
• Prepare reports on collection performance and delinquency trends.
• Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and local laws.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in collections, with proven leadership in financial services
• Min Diploma or equivalent
• Strong command of communication and negotiation techniques
