We are seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to lead all purchasing and supply chain management for OpusGroup. This pivotal role will be instrumental in ensuring the consistent quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of all goods and services required for our diverse F&B venues, including the upcoming relaunch of our iconic Singapore property. You will build and nurture strong supplier relationships, optimize procurement processes, and contribute significantly to our operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management:Identify, evaluate, and select new suppliers for food, beverages, equipment, operating supplies, and services, both locally and internationally, ensuring alignment with quality, cost, and sustainability objectives.
Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key vendors and partners. - Negotiation & Cost Optimization:Lead negotiations for pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve the most favorable deals without compromising quality or service.
Implement cost-saving initiatives and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements across the supply chain. - Purchasing & Inventory Control:Oversee the end-to-end purchasing process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring accurate order placement and timely receipt of goods.
Implement and monitor robust inventory control systems to minimize waste, prevent stockouts, and optimize stock levels across all venues.
Work closely with culinary and operations teams to forecast demand and manage par levels. - Quality Assurance & Compliance:Ensure all procured items meet stringent quality standards and comply with relevant food safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct supplier audits and performance reviews. - Supply Chain Management:Manage logistics, delivery schedules, and inbound freight to ensure efficient and reliable supply to all operating venues.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions. - System & Process Improvement:Implement and leverage procurement software or ERP systems to streamline purchasing processes and enhance data analytics.
Develop and refine procurement policies and procedures.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, with significant experience in the F&B or hospitality sector strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of successful vendor negotiations and cost-saving initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast demand, manage inventory, and interpret market trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Knowledge of local F&B regulations, food safety standards, and import/export procedures (if applicable).
- Ability to work independently and strategically within a fast-paced, multi-venue environment.
- A relevant Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
