The role will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to the company, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and managing legal risks. Involves advising on a wide range of legal issues.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice and support to the company.

2. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

3. Ensure that all contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations and align with the company's policies.

4. Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

5. Identifying legal risks or concerns and ensure that significant issues are recognized and addressed.

6. Liaising and collaborating effectively with other departments.

7. Perform related duties as assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

2. Minimum 3years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on corporate, commercial.

3. Bi-language preferred.
