• Position : Sales Coordinator/Support - Proficient in ERP (Shenton Way)
• Location : Shenton Way
• Working hours : Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3300 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 10 Days Annual Leave (2nd Year 14 Days)
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Experience dealing with customers, creating quotations and invoices, and coordinating delivery dates.
• Understanding of B2B (corporate sales).
• Assist with basic supply chain and logistics.
• Experience using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and ERP systems (e.g. SAP). Ability to Handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Other ad-hoc activities assigned

Requirements:

• Min 1 year of sales support experience
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
