Job Title: Production Manager (M1-1014)
Location: TUAS
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-12pm
Salary: $4500 to $6000

Job Description:
-Oversee the end-to-end manufacturing process, ensuring production schedules and quality standards are met
-Lead and manage the production team, including supervisors and operators
-Monitor production KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen)
Coordinate with the Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality teams to minimize downtime and resolve issues quickly
-Ensure efficient use of materials, equipment, and labor
-Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on the shop floor
-Prepare regular production reports and forecasts for management
-Participate in planning and budgeting processes related to production
