Assistant Baker / Cake Maker

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and Bake breads and make cakes
• Keep kitchen area, processing equipment, and cooking utensils clean and sanitized at all time
• Process all food according to company's and government / client regulatory control
• Ensure safe operations of all equipment, and report any faulty equipment to superior immediately
• Comply with hygiene and safety regulations (HSE) set by the Company, clients and government
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior
• Will be deployed to company group's outlets or central kitchen

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NITEC
• Able to learn and adapt swiftly
• Able to work individually and as well as efficiently in a team
• Able to communicate with internal and external customers
• Able to present a positive and professional attitude at all time
• Able to start work immediately / within a short notice period
• Able to work in fast paced working environment
