We are Yuan Gun Gun, a new and exciting yong tau foo concept stall offering multiple soup bases like bak kut teh, tomato, mala stir fry and claypot rice. We're looking for responsible and experienced kitchen cooks/helpers to join our team and grow together.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook yong tau foo ingredients for soup and mala stir-fry orders
• Cook and assemble claypot rice dishes (training provided if needed)
• Perform basic food preparation tasks (e.g. chopping vegetables, cutting tofu, making stock)
• Assist in taking customer orders and handling cashier duties when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area and equipment
• Manage daily food inventory and ensure freshness of ingredients
• Support other team members and follow SOPs for smooth kitchen operations
• Assist in any other ad-hoc duties when necessary

Requirements

• Singaporean/PR/LTVP/Work Permit holders welcome
• Basic kitchen experience required (hawker or F&B stall preferred)
• Must know basic stir-fry techniques
• Willing to learn or have experience with claypot rice
• Able to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Able to speak basic Mandarin or English (to take orders and communicate with team)
• Possess food hygiene certificate or willing to obtain one
• Team player with good attitude and reliability
