The job is in the area of development of high efficient thermoelectric materials and materials processing methods for solid cooling devices. The candidate will play a crucial role in solid state chemistry synthesis, vacuum sealing, processing, characterization, property evaluation and application of thermoelectric materials for targeted applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of thermoelectric materials, hot pressing,
• thermoelectric material testing and module preparation
• Thermoelectric modulus fabrication
• Processing, characterization, property evaluation and application of new materials for thermoelectric devices.
• Synchrotron x-ray data analysis
• Thermoelectric modulus fabrication
• Growth single crystal for new materials of thermoelectrics

Job Requirements:

• PhD in solid state Chemistry/ Materials Science
• Candidates with strong background in Materials Engineering.
• Experience with thermoelectric materials, hot pressing, thermoelectric material testing and module preparation
• Experience in handling ball milling, vacuum sealing system, ZEM-3, laser flash etc.
• Good experience on solid state chemistry materials synthesis, single crystal growth.
• Good oral and written communication.
• Publication in good journals
• Good team player with good attitude
