Requirements:
- The Enrolled Nurse is responsible for the provision of a high standard of nursing care to residents. He/ She works under the supervision of the SSN/SN.
- Perform resident's Health Assessment and Reassessment.
- Provision of/Assist in resident's activities of Daily Living
- Participate in the provision of Care Management of the residents.
- Participate in the provision of Infection Control and Resident's Safety of the residents.
- Ensure clear communication, teamwork and service skills to all partners/collaborated partners in the healthcare/allied healthcare team to facilitate prompt and quality standard of care for the resident to promote good quality of life or end of life care.
- Practices critical thinking and problem solving skills when recognizing problems, making clinical decision/s in accordance to professional standards and scope of practices.
Requirements:
- Professional license to practice nursing in Singapore.
- Accredited School of Nursing /ITE
