JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Deliver structured and high-quality coaching lessons to children, youth and elite juniors.
- Support academy programs (private/group lessons, junior development and events).
- Work closely with our team to maintain high standards in coaching and service.
- Assist with school and partner programs as needed.
- Track student development and contribute to growth initiatives.
- 44-hr work week (including work on weekends). 6 off days a month (on weekdays only).
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Member of a recognized PGA organization.
- PGA certificate in golf coaching
- Previous coaching experience with elite juniors
- Proven track record
- A strong passion for coaching and player development
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Previous international coaching experience is a plus
